This project involved staging a smaller condominium to maximize its perceived space and appeal. We focused on creating a sense of openness and light by using strategically placed furniture and decor. The goal was to make the condo feel larger and more inviting, appealing to potential buyers looking for compact yet comfortable living.
We used light colors and reflective surfaces to enhance the natural light and create a sense of spaciousness. Multifunctional furniture and clever storage solutions helped to maximize the use of available space. Every area was carefully staged to highlight its potential, from the efficient kitchen to the cozy living area.
