This project focused on staging a charming coastal cottage for a quick and profitable sale. We emphasized the home’s natural light and airy feel by decluttering and strategically placing neutral, yet inviting furniture. The goal was to create a space that felt both spacious and welcoming, appealing to a broad range of potential buyers.
We incorporated subtle nautical elements, such as rope accents and sea-inspired artwork, to enhance the coastal theme without overwhelming the space. The color palette remained light and breezy, featuring soft blues, creams, and whites, to reflect the surrounding environment.
